Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 4973

أخبرني إبراهيم بن الحسن، عن حجاج، قال قال ابن جريج قال أبو الزبير عن جابر، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ ليس على المختلس قطع ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said: "The hand of the pilferer is not to be cut off."
