Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 4976

أخبرنا محمد بن العلاء، قال حدثنا أبو خالد، عن أشعث، عن أبي الزبير، عن جابر، قال ليس على خائن قطع ‏.‏ قال أبو عبد الرحمن أشعث بن سوار ضعيف ‏.‏

It was narrated that Jabir said: "The hand of the traitor is not to be cut off." (Sahih) Abu 'Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasai) said: Ashath bin Sawwar (one of its narrators) is weak.
