Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 1541

حدثنا محمد بن بشار، حدثنا عمر بن يونس، حدثنا عكرمة بن عمار، عن هشام بن حسان، عن محمد بن سيرين، عن أبي قتادة، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ إذا ولي أحدكم أخاه فليحسن كفنه ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It wasnarrated from Abu Qatadah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)said: “Ifanyone of you is charged with taking care of his brother(afterdeath), let him shroud him well.”
