Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 1764

حدثنا علي بن محمد، حدثنا وكيع، عن هشام الدستوائي، عن قتادة، عن أنس بن مالك، عن زيد بن ثابت، قال تسحرنا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ثم قمنا إلى الصلاة ‏.‏ قلت كم بينهما قال قدر قراءة خمسين آية ‏.‏

It wasnarrated from Anas bin Malik that Zaid bin Thabit said: “WeateSuhur with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) then we got up to performprayer.” I said: “How long was there between the two?” He said:“Aslong as it takes to recite fifty Verses.”
