Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 2042

حدثنا محمد بن الصباح، حدثنا عبد الله بن رجاء المكي، عن مالك بن أنس، عن نافع، عن نبيه بن وهب، عن أبان بن عثمان بن عفان، عن أبيه، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ المحرم لا ينكح ولا ينكح ولا يخطب ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Aban bin 'Uthman bin 'Affan' that his father said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'The one in lhram should not get married, nor arrange a marriage for anyone else, nor Propose marriage''
