حدثنا علي بن محمد، حدثنا وكيع، حدثنا سفيان، عن علقمة بن مرثد، عن أبي عبد الرحمن السلمي، عن عثمان بن عفان، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " أفضلكم من تعلم القرآن وعلمه " .
It was narrated that 'Uthmaan bin 'Affan said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'The most excellent of you is the one who learns the Qur'an and teaches it.'"
