Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 2706

حدثنا محمد بن عبد الرحمن ابن أخي الحسين الجعفي، حدثنا يوسف بن منازل التيمي، حدثنا عبد الله بن إدريس، عن خالد بن أبي كريمة، عن معاوية بن قرة، عن أبيه، قال بعثني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى رجل تزوج امرأة أبيه أن أضرب عنقه وأصفي ماله ‏.‏

It was narrated from Mu'awiyah bin Qurrah that his father said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent me to a man who had married his father's wife after he died, to strike his neck (execute him) and confiscate his wealth.”
