Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 2735

حدثنا علي بن محمد، حدثنا وكيع، حدثنا أبي، عن منصور، عن إبراهيم، عن عبيد بن نضلة، عن المغيرة بن شعبة، قال قضى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بالدية على العاقلة ‏.‏

It was narrated that Mughirah bin Shu'bah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled that the blood money must be paid by the 'Aqilah.”
