حدثنا محمد بن رمح المصري، أنبأنا الليث بن سعد، عن إسحاق بن أبي فروة، عن ابن شهاب، عن حميد، عن أبي هريرة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ القاتل لا يرث ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that : the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The killer does not inherit.”
