Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 2775

حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا سفيان، عن الزهري، عن سعيد بن المسيب، عن أبي هريرة، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ العجماء جرحها جبار والمعدن جبار والبئر جبار ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: “The injuries caused by the beast are without liability, and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability.”
