Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 2813

حدثنا علي بن محمد، حدثنا وكيع، عن طلحة بن عمرو، عن عطاء، عن أبي هريرة، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ إن الله تصدق عليكم عند وفاتكم بثلث أموالكم زيادة لكم في أعمالكم ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Allah (SWT) has been charitable with you over the disposal of one third of your wealth at the time of your death, so that you may be able to add to the record of your good deeds.”
