Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 2840

حدثنا محمد بن رمح، أنبأنا الليث بن سعد، عن إسحاق بن أبي فروة، عن ابن شهاب، عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن بن عوف، عن أبي هريرة، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال ‏"‏ القاتل لا يرث ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It wasnarrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)said: “The killer does not inherit.”
