Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 2945

حدثنا علي بن محمد، حدثنا أبو معاوية، حدثنا أبو مالك الأشجعي، عن نعيم بن أبي هند، عن ابن سمرة بن جندب، عن أبيه، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ من قتل فله السلب ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It wasnarrated from the son of Samurah bin Jundub that his fathersaid: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever kills, the spoilsare his.’”
