Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 2948

حدثنا يحيى بن حكيم، حدثنا عثمان بن عمر، أنبأنا مالك بن أنس، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رأى امرأة مقتولة في بعض الطريق فنهى عن قتل النساء والصبيان ‏.‏

It wasnarrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) saw a woman whohadbeen killed on the road, and he forbade killing women andchildren.
