Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 3484

حدثنا أبو كريب، حدثنا وكيع، عن هشام الدستوائي، عن قتادة، عن سعيد بن المسيب، عن علي، قال صنعت طعاما فدعوت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فجاء فرأى في البيت تصاوير فرجع ‏.‏

It wasnarrated that ‘Ali said: “I made some food and called theMessenger of Allah (ﷺ) (to come and eat). He came and saw someimages in the house, so he went back.”
