Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 382

حدثنا هناد بن السري، حدثنا أبو الأحوص، عن منصور، عن إبراهيم، عن الأسود، عن عائشة، قالت ما رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خرج من غائط قط إلا مس ماء ‏.‏

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "I never saw the Messenger of Allah come out of the toilet without first (cleansing himself) with water."
