Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 3875

حدثنا أبو بكر، حدثنا يونس بن محمد، وسعيد بن شرحبيل، أنبأنا الليث بن سعد، عن عقيل، عن ابن شهاب، أن عروة بن الزبير، أخبره عن عائشة، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا أخذ مضجعه نفث في يديه وقرأ بالمعوذتين ومسح بهما جسده ‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Aishah that: whenever the Prophet (saas) went to bed, he would blow into his hands, recite Al-Mu'awwidhatain, then wipe his hands over his body.
