Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 41

حدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا محمد بن فضيل، عن الأعمش، عن الحكم، عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى، عن علي، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ من روى عني حديثا وهو يرى أنه كذب فهو أحد الكاذبين ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Ali that: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: '"Whoever narrates a Hadith from me thinking it to be false, then he is one of the two liars."
