Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 412

حدثنا هشام بن عمار، حدثنا مالك بن أنس، حدثني نافع، عن ابن عمر، قال كان الرجال والنساء يتوضئون على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من إناء واحد ‏.‏

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: "Men and women used to perform ablution from a single vessel during the time of the Messenger of Allah."
