Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 474

حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا عبد الله بن إدريس، عن ابن عجلان، عن زيد بن أسلم، عن عطاء بن يسار، عن ابن عباس، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مسح أذنيه داخلهما بالسبابتين وخالف إبهاميه إلى ظاهر أذنيه فمسح ظاهرهما وباطنهما ‏.‏

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that: The Messenger of Allah wiped his ears, putting his forefingers in his ears and wiping the back of them with his thumbs, so he wiped them inside and out.
