Sunan Ibn Majah · Hadith 559

حدثنا علي بن محمد، حدثنا وكيع، حدثنا حماد بن سلمة، عن عاصم بن المنذر، عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله بن عمر، عن أبيه، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ إذا كان الماء قلتين أو ثلاثا لم ينجسه شىء ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Ubaidullah bin 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that his father said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'If the water is the amount of two or three Qullah, nothing can make it impure (Najis).'" (Sahih)Another chain with similar wording.
