46 - علي بن أحمد البندنيجي، عن عبيد الله بن موسى العلوي، عن الحسن بن معاوية عن الحسن بن محبوب، عن خلاد بن الصفار، قال: سئل أبو عبد الله: هل ولد القائم ؟ فقال: لا، ولو أدركته لخدمته أيام حياتي.

(46) Ali bin Ahmad al-Bandaneeji narrated from Obaydillah bin Musa al-Alawi from al-Hasan bin Mo’awiya from al-Hasan bin Mahboob that Khallad bin as-Saffar had said: “Once Abu Abdullah as-Sadiq was asked: Is al-Qa’im born?” He said: “No, he is not. If I live until he is born, I shall serve him as long as I live.”
