Chapter 25 | The Killer of Ĥusain and the Killer of Yaĥyā ibn Zakariyyā

4 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْخَالِقِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ كَانَ قَاتِلُ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) وَلَدَ زِناً وَ قَاتِلُ يَحْيَى بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا وَلَدَ زِنًا

4. My father and Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan both narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan Al-Saffār, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from Ibn Faďďāl, from Ibn Bukayr, from Zurārah, from ‘Abdil Khāliq, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq ) said: The killer of Ḥusain was conceived illegitimately and the killer of Yaḥyā ibn Zakariyyā was (also) conceived illegitimately.
