11. Muḥammad ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ḥimyari narrated to me from his father, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan ibn Shammūn Al-Basri, from Muḥmmad ibn Sinān, from Bashīr Al-Dahhān who said: I used to go to Hajj every year but one year I did not go. The following year, after going to Hajj, I went to Abī ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq ). Imam asked me, “O Bashīr! What prevented you from going to Hajj last year?” I replied, “May I sacrifice myself for you! Some people owed me some money and I was worried that I might lose it. So (instead) I spent the day of ‘Arafah next to the grave of Ḥusain .” Imam said, “Then you did not miss anything compared to those who were in ‘Arafāt. O Bashīr! Those who go to the Ziyārah of the grave of Ḥusain knowing his rights are like those who have gone to the Ziyārah of Allāh on His Throne.” The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chains: A) Muḥammad ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ḥimyari, from his father, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan ibn Shammūn, from Ja’far ibn Muḥammad Al-Khuzā’i, from some of his companions, from Jābir (Al-Ju’fi), from Abī ‘Abdillāh . B) Muḥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from his uncle, from someone, from Jābir (Al-Ju’fi), from Abī ‘Abdillāh .
