Chapter 4 | The Rewards and the Merits of Establishing Prayers in the Mosque of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ

8 وَ عَنْهُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ مُرَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ صَلَاةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِ الْمَدِينَةِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ فِي غَيْرِهِ مِنَ الْمَسَاجِدِ

8. Ḥukaym ibn Dāwūd ibn Ḥukaym narrated to me from Salamah ibn Khaťťāb, from Ismā’īl ibn Ja’far, from some of his companions, from Murāzim ibn Ḥukaym Al-Azdi Al-Madā`eni, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq ) said: One Salāt in the Mosque of Madīnah is better than one thousand Salāt in any other mosque.
