5 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ الرَّزَّازُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ رِجَالِهِ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَارُودِ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) اتَّخَذَ اللَّهُ أَرْضَ كَرْبَلَاءَ حَرَماً آمِناً مُبَارَكاً قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ اللَّهُ أَرْضَ الْكَعْبَةِ وَ يَتَّخِذَهَا حَرَماً بِأَرْبَعَةٍ وَ عِشْرِينَ أَلْفَ عَامٍ وَ أَنَّهُ إِذَا زَلْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى الْأَرْضَ وَ سَيَّرَهَا رُفِعَتْ كَمَا هِيَ بِتُرْبَتِهَا نُورَانِيَّةً صَافِيَةً فَجُعِلَتْ فِي أَفْضَلِ رَوْضَةٍ مِنْ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ وَ أَفْضَلِ مَسْكَنٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ لَا يَسْكُنُهَا إِلَّا النَّبِيُّونَ وَ الْمُرْسَلُونَ أَوْ قَالَ أُولُوا الْعَزْمِ مِنَ الرُّسُلِ وَ إِنَّهَا لَتَزْهَرُ بَيْنَ رِيَاضِ الْجَنَّةِ كَمَا يَزْهَرُ الْكَوْكَبُ الدُّرِّيُّ بَيْنَ الْكَوَاكِبِ لِأَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ يَغْشَى نُورُهَا أَبْصَارَ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ جَمِيعاً وَ هِيَ تُنَادِي أَنَا أَرْضُ اللَّهِ الْمُقَدَّسَةُ الطَّيِّبَةُ الْمُبَارَكَةُ الَّتِي تَضَمَّنَتْ سَيِّدَ الشُّهَدَاءِ وَ سَيِّدَ شَبَابِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي وَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ وَ جَمَاعَةُ مَشَايِخِي عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَبَّادٍ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْعُصْفُرِيِّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَارُودِ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ وَ ذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

5. Muḥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Qurashi Al-Razzāz narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain ibn Abil Khattāb, from Abī Sa’īd, from some of his scholars, from Abil Jārūd, who said: ‘Ali ibn Ḥusain said: "Allāh chose the land of Karbalā as a safe and blessed Ḥaram twenty-four thousand years before He created the land of the Ka’bah and chose it as a Ḥaram. Verily when Allāh, the Blessed and the Exalted, shall shake the earth and move it (on the Day of Judgment), Karbalā and (all of) its dust will ascend while it will be shining and pure. It will be placed in the best of the gardens and dwellings in Paradise. No one but the prophets and the messengers – or he said the Ulul ‘Azm from among the messengers – shall dwell in it. Verily it will shine among the gardens of Paradise like a shining star shines among the stars for the people of the earth. And its radiating light (will be so powerful that it) will blur the vision of all of the inhabitants of Paradise. The land of Karbalā shall cry out, “I am the sanctified, the blessed, and the purified land of Allāh which held (the body of) the Master of the Martyrs and the Master of the Youth of Paradise.”
