The Dictations · Hadith 17 (#Ḥadīth #3)

حدثنا الحسن بن عبد الله بن سعيد، قال: أخبرنا محمد بن أحمد (2) بن حمدان القشيري، قال: حدثنا المغيرة بن محمد بن المهلب، قال: حدثنا عبد الغفار بن محمد بن كثير الكلابي الكوفي، عن عمرو بن ثابت، عن جابر، عن أبي جعفر محمد ابن علي بن الحسين، عن علي بن الحسين، عن أبيه (عليهم السلام)، قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): حبي وحب أهل بيتي نافع في سبعة مواطن، أهو الهن عظيمة: عند الوفاة، وفي القبر، وعند النشور، وعند الكتاب، وعند الحساب، وعند الميزان، وعند الصراط (3).

Al-Hasan b. `Abdullah b. Sa`id narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. Ahmad b. Hamdan al-Qurayshi narrated to us. He said: Al-Mughira b. Muhammad b. al-Mahlab narrated to us. He said: `Abd al-Ghaffar b. Muhammad b. Kathir al-Kilabi al-Kufi narrated to us from `Amr b. Thabit from Jabir from Abu Ja`far Muhammad b. `Ali b. al-Husayn from `Ali b. al-Husayn from his father . He said: The Messenger of Allah (s) said: One who loves me and loves my Ahl al-Bayt will benefit in seven places and will be rewarded generously: (1) at death, (2) in the grave, (3) at the Resurrection, (4) at the [giving of the] book, (5) at the Judgment, (6) at the scale, and (7) on the Path.
