The Dictations · Hadith 636 (#Ḥadīth #1)

1 - حدثنا الشيخ الجليل أبو جعفر محمد بن علي بن الحسين بن موسى ابن بابويه القمي (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا أبي (رضي الله عنه)، قال: حدثنا محمد بن يحيى العطار، قال: حدثنا سهل بن زياد الآدمي، عن هارون بن مسلم، عن محمد بن أبي عمير، عن علي بن إسماعيل، قال: أخبرني أبو أسامة زيد الشحام، قال: سمعت أبا عبد الله الصادق (عليه السلام) يقول: من أخر المغرب حتى تشتبك النجوم من غير علة، فأنا إلى الله منه برئ (1).

Abu Ja`far Muhammad b. `Ali b. al-Husayn b. Musa b. Babuwayh al-Qummi narrated to us. He said: My father narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. Yahya al-`Attar narrated to us. He said: Sahl b. Ziyad al-Adami narrated to us from Harun b. Muslim from Muhammad b. Abi `Umayr from `Ali b. Isma`il. He said: Abu Usama Zayd al-Shahham informed me. He said: I heard Aba `Abdillah al-Sadiq say: Whoever delays Maghrib without a reason until the stars come out, then surely, I dissociate from him to Allah.
