The Dictations · Hadith 742 (#Ḥadīth #5)

5 - وبهذا الاسناد، عن إبراهيم بن محمد الثقفي، قال: أخبرنا إسماعيل ابن أبان الازدي، قال: حدثنا عبد الله بن خراش الشيباني، عن العوام بن حوشب، عن التيمي، قال: دخلت على عائشة فحدثتنا أنها رأت رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) دعا عليا وفاطمة والحسن والحسين (عليهم السلام): فقال: اللهم هؤلاء أهل بيتي، فأذهب عنهم الرجس وطهرهم تطهيرا (6).

By this isnad from Ibrahim b. Muhammad al-Thaqafi. He said: Isma`il b. Aban al-Azdi informed us. He said: `Abdullah b. Khirash al-Shaybani narrated to us from al-`Ulum b. Hushub from al-Taymi. He said: I visited `A’isha, and she narrated to us that she saw the Messenger of Allah (s) praying for `Ali, Fatima, al-Hasan, and al-Husayn . He was saying: O Allah! These are my Ahl al-Bayt, so remove uncleanliness from them and purify them with a thorough purification.
