مِنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَلِيِّ [بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ] أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِلَى أَصْحَابِ الْمَسَالِحِ

From the servant of Allāh, ‘Alī, Amīr al-mu’minīn to the Officer-in-charge of garrisons :
