مِنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَلِيٍّ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِلَى أَصْحَابِ الْخَرَاجِ

From the servant of Allāh ‘Alī, Amīr al-mu’minīn to the tax collectors:
