The Rewards & Punishments of Deeds · Hadith 1091 (#Ḥadīth #2)

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِی عُمَیْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع أَوْ عَمَّنْ ذَکَرَهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: یَجِی ءُ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَهِ رَجُلٌ إِلَی رَجُلٍ حَتَّی یُلَطِّخَهُ بِدَمٍ فَیَقُولُ یَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ مَا لَکَ وَ لِی فَیَقُولُ أَعَنْتَ عَلَیَّ یَوْمَ کَذَا وَ کَذَا بِکَلِمَهِ کَذَا فَقُتِلْتُ.

2. My father said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ahmad b. Muhammad from Ahmad from al-Hussain b. Sa’eed from Muhammad b. Abi ’Umayr from Hamad b. Uthman from Abi Abdillah or from the one who mentioned it to him who said: Imam Ja’far Sadiq narrates that while accounting of deeds will be going on, a person will come forward and soak another person in blood. He will be asked the reason for doing so. He will reply, “On so and so day he had spoken a few words due to which I was murdered.”
