Chapter 126 | Punishment of murdering someone

حَدَّثَنِی جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْرُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی الْحُسَیْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِی عُمَیْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: إِنَّ امْرَأَهً عُذِّبَتْ فِی هِرَّهٍ رَبَطَتْهَا حَتَّی مَاتَتْ عَطَشاً.

6. It was narrated to me by Ja’far b. Muhammad b. Masroor who said it was narrated to me by al-Hussain b. Muhammad b. ’Amir from Ibn Abi ’Umayr from Hafs b. al-Bukhtari from Abi Abdillah who said: “Even that woman will be punished severely who had left a goat tied in sun and it died of thirst.”
