Chapter 126 | Punishment of murdering someone

وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِی عُمَیْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص إِنَّ أَعَقَّ النَّاسِ عَلَی اللَّهِ تَعَالَی مَنْ قَتَلَ غَیْرَ قَاتِلِهِ وَ مَنْ ضَرَبَ مَنْ لَمْ یَضْرِبْهُ.

7. Imam Ja’far Sadiq said, “A person most unjust in Allah’s eyes is one who kills a person who hasn’t murdered him or hurt one who did not hurt him.”
