The Rewards & Punishments of Deeds · Hadith 1099 (#Ḥadīth #8)

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ الْحَکَمِ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ سُلَیْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع یَقُولُ أَوْحَی اللَّهُ تَعَالَی إِلَی مُوسَی بْنِ عِمْرَانَ أَنْ یَا مُوسَی قُلْ لِلْمَلَإِ مِنْ بَنِی إِسْرَائِیلَ إِیَّاکُمْ وَ قَتْلَ النَّفْسِ الْحَرَامِ بِغَیْرِ حَقٍّ فَإِنَّ مَنْ قَتَلَ مِنْکُمْ نَفْساً فِی الدُّنْیَا قَتَلْتُهُ فِی النَّارِ مِائَهَ أَلْفِ قَتْلَهٍ مِثْلَ قَتْلِ صَاحِبِهِ.

8. It is narrated that Imam Ja’far Sadiq said that the Almighty Allah revealed onto Prophet Musa , “Keep away from murdering a human being unlawfully. If one of you murders someone, he will be murdered a hundred thousand times in Hell in the same way as he had murdered his victim.”
