Chapter 128 | Punishment of a killer and one who supports him

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ بِنْتِ إِلْیَاسَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الرِّضَا ع یَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص: لَعَنَ [اللَّهُ] مَنْ أَحْدَثَ أَوْ آوَی مُحْدِثاً قُلْتُ وَ مَا الْمُحْدِثُ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ.

1. My father said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ahmad b. Muhammad from al-Hussain b. Sa’eed from al-Hassan b. Ali b. bint Ilyas who said I heard al-Ridha saying that The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.): “The Almighty Allah has cursed the one who causes something and one who hides him.” I asked: Who is that? He replied: One who kills.”
