Chapter 68 | Reward of retaining spit in the mouth during Salaat
أَبِی ره عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ دَارَهَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَنْ حَبَسَ رِیقَهُ إِجْلَالًا لِلَّهِ تَعَالَی فِی صَلَاتِهِ أَوْرَثَهُ اللَّهُ صِحَّهً حَتَّی الْمَمَاتِ.
1. My father from Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ahmad b. Muhammad b. Ali b. Ahmad from Sahl b. Darihi from his father from Abi Abdillah who said: “One who retains his saliva during Salat out of respect of Allah’s Majesty and His Honor, Allah keeps him healthy till his death.”
