Chapter 89 | Reward of Sajdah-e-Shukr
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ جَمِیلِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ ذَرِیحٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع أَیُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ سَجَدَ لِلَّهِ سَجْدَهً لِشُکْرِ نِعْمَهٍ مِنْ غَیْرِ صَلَاهٍ کَتَبَ اللَّهُ بِهَا عَشْرَ حَسَنَاتٍ وَ مَحَا عَنْهُ عَشْرَ سَیِّئَاتٍ وَ رَفَعَ لَهُ عَشْرَ دَرَجَاتٍ فِی الْجِنَانِ.
1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq says, “One who prostrates for thanking for the bounties apart from Salaat, Allah writes for him ten rewards, erases ten of his sins and increase his position by ten levels in Paradise.”
