Chapter 95 | Reward of offering Friday prayers during travel

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ زُرْعَهَ عَنْ سَمَاعَهَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ ع قَالَ: أَیُّمَا مُسَافِرٍ صَلَّی الْجُمُعَهَ رَغْبَهً فِیهَا وَ حُبّاً لَهَا أَعْطَاهُ اللَّهُ أَجْرَ مِائَهِ جُمُعَهٍ لِلْمُقِیمِ.

1. My father said: it was narrated to me by Abdillah b. Ja’far from Ahmad b. Abi Abdillah from his father from Zur’a from Sama’a from Ja’far b. Muhammad from his father who said: “If a traveler among you offers Friday Prayer for the sake of devotion and love of Almighty, Allah grants him reward equal to one hundred non-travelers’ Friday Salaat.”
