Chapter 125 | Reward of a fast during the last days of one’s life
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ طَلْحَهَ بْنِ یَزِیدَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَنْ عَلِیٍّ ع قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص مَنْ صَامَ یَوْماً تَطَوُّعاً أَدْخَلَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَی الْجَنَّهَ.
1. Imam Muhammad Baqir says, “If the last deed of a person in his life is a fast he would directly enter Paradise.”
