Chapter 130 | Excellence of Ramadan Month and reward of fasting

6. It is narrated that Imam Ja’far Sadiq said, “Surely, the Almighty Allah frees a large number of people on every night of the month of Ramadan. However one who concludes his fast with an intoxicant won’t be freed. The number of people freed in one night of the month of 2 Surah Momin 40:60 Ramadan is equal to the number of people freed in all the past nights.”

Gradings are classical jarḥ-wa-taʿdīl, name-matched to a rijāl index (not individually re-verified).
