Chapter 8 | Reward of reciting Laa ilaaha illallaah al-malik…a hundred times
أَبِی رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِی یُوسُفَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِی عَمِیرَهَ عَنْ مَالِکِ بْنِ أَعْیَنَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَنْ قَالَ مِائَهَ مَرَّهٍ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا الَّلهُ الْمَلِکُ الْحَقُّ الْمُبِینُ أَعَاذَهُ اللَّهُ الْعَزِیزُ الْجَبَّارُ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَ أَنِسَ وَحْشَهَ قَبْرِهِ وَ اسْتَجْلَبَ الْغِنَی وَ اسْتَقْرَعَ بَابَ الْجَنَّهِ.
1. My father said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ahmad b. Abi Abdillah from Abi Yusif from Muhammad b. Abi ’Amira from Malik b. A’yan from Abi Abdillah who said: “If one recites a hundred times 'Laa ilaaha illallaah al-Malik Al-Haqqu Al-Mubeen' (There is no god but Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth, the Manifest), Allah, the Mighty and the Compeller, shall protect him from poverty, dispel his loneliness in his grave, grant him wealth, and open the door to Paradise (for him). ”
