The Rewards & Punishments of Deeds · Hadith 277 (#Ḥadīth #1)

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ یَحْیَی عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِیِّ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: الْإِفْطَارُ عَلَی الْمَاءِ یَغْسِلُ ذُنُوبَ الْقَلْبِ.

1. My father said: it was narrated to us by Muhammad b. Yahya from Muhammad b. Ahmad from Ahmad b. Muhammad from Salih b. al-Sindi from Ibn Sinan from a man from Abi Abdillah who said: “Ending the fast with water washes the sins of the heart.”
