Chapter 177 | Reward of reciting Surah Yunus

بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ عَنْ فضل [فُضَیْلٍ] الْغَسَّانِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَنْ قَرَأَ سُورَهَ یُونُسَ فِی کُلِّ شَهْرَیْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَهٍ لَمْ یُخَفْ عَلَیْهِ أَنْ یَکُونَ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِینَ وَ کَانَ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَهِ مِنَ الْمُقَرَّبِینَ.

1. From the previous chain from al-Hassan b. al-Hussain b. Muhammad b. Farqad from Fadhl [Fudhayl] al-Ghassan from Abi Abdillah who said: “One who recites Surah Yunus every two to three months would never have fear that he is ignorant and he would be included among the near ones on the Day of Judgment.”
