Chapter 184 | Reward of reciting Surah Kahf

حَدَّثَنِی أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی أَبِی عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ أَمِیرِ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ع یَقُولُ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ یَقْرَأُ قُلْ إِنَّما أَنَا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُکُمْ إِلَی آخِرِ السُّورَهِ إِلَّا کَانَ لَهُ نُوراً مِنْ مَضْجَعِهِ إِلَی بَیْتِ اللَّهِ الْحَرَامِ فَإِنَّ مَنْ کَانَ لَهُ نُورٌ فِی بَیْتِ اللَّهِ الْحَرَامِ کَانَ لَهُ نُورٌ إِلَی بَیْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ.

1. Amirul Momineen said, “One who recites from Qul innamaa anaa basharum mithlukum till the end of this Surah, the Almighty Allah would create a light from his bed till the Holy Kaaba and if that person is from Mecca the light would be created from his bed till Baitul Muqaddas.”
