Chapter 331 | Reward of reciting salutations (Salawaat) a hundred times after Morning Prayer

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِی عُمَیْرٍ عَنْ أَبِی أَیُّوبَ عَنِ الصَّبَّاحِ بْنِ سَیَابَهَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: أَ لَا أُعَلِّمُکَ شَیْئاً یَقِی اللَّهُ بِهِ وَجْهَکَ مِنْ حَرِّ جَهَنَّمَ قَالَ قُلْتُ بَلَی قَالَ قُلْ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مِائَهَ مَرَّهٍ یَقِی اللَّهُ بِهِ وَجْهَکَ مِنْ حَرِّ جَهَنَّمَ.

1. My father said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ahmad b. Abi Abdillah from Muhammad b. Abi ’Umayr from Abi Ayoob’ from al-Sabah b. Sayabeh from Abi Abdillah who said: “Recite: Allaahumma s’alli a’laa muh’ammadinw wa aali muh’ammad a hundred times after Morning Prayer so that the Almighty Allah keeps your face safe from the fire of Hell.”
