Chapter 36 | Reward of doing Miswak

حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِیدٍ الْمَدَائِنِیِّ عَنْ مُصَدِّقِ بْنِ صَدَقَهَ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ السَّابَاطِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع لَوْ یَعْلَمُ النَّاسُ مَا فِی السِّوَاکِ لَأَبَاتُوهُ مَعَهُمْ فِی اللِّحَافِ.

2. It is narrated from Imam Ja’far Sadiq that Imam Muhammad Baqir said, “If people would have known the benefit of doing Miswak they would have done it even on their beds.”
