Chapter 377 | Reward of not having expectations, good character, soft behavior and simple nature

أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبِی الْخَطَّابِ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص أَ لَا أُخْبِرُکُمْ بِمَنْ تَحْرُمُ عَلَیْهِ النَّارُ غَداً قَالُوا بَلَی یَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ الْهَیِّنُ الْقَرِیبُ اللَّیِّنُ السَّهْلُ.

1. My father said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Muhammad b. al-Hussain b. Abi al-Khattab from al-Abbas b. Ma’ruf from Sa’d b. Muslim from Abdillah b. Sinan from Abi Abdillah who said: “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Shall I not inform you about the one whom the Fire will be forbidden for him tomorrow?' They said: 'Yes, oh Messenger of Allah!' He said: 'The one who does not expect, has good character, soft behavior and simple nature.'”
