Chapter 382 | Reward of wearing cornelian (Aqiq) ring

حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُوسَی عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ یَحْیَی عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ مَزْیَدٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَنْ أَمِیرِ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ع قَالَ: تَخَتَّمُوا بِالْعَقِیقِ یُبَارِکِ اللَّهُ عَلَیْکُمْ وَ تَکُونُوا فِی أَمْنٍ مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ.

5. Imam Ja’far Sadiq narrates from his ancestors that Amirul Momineen said, “Keep a cornelian ring in your hand so that Allah gives you abundance and you remain safe from calamities.”
