Chapter 382 | Reward of wearing cornelian (Aqiq) ring

وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ قَالَ: شَکَا رَجُلٌ إِلَی رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ص أَنَّهُ قُطِعَ عَلَیْهِ الطَّرِیقُ فَقَالَ لَهُ هَلَّا تَخَتَّمْتَ بِالْعَقِیقِ فَإِنَّهُ یُحْرَزُ مِنْ کُلِّ سُوءٍ وَ فِی حَدِیثٍ آخَرَ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع مَنْ تَخَتَّمَ بِالْعَقِیقِ لَمْ یَزَلْ یَنْظُرُ الْحُسْنَی مَا دَامَ فِی یَدِهِ وَ لَمْ یَزَلْ عَلَیْهِ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَاقِیَهٌ.

6. And from the previous chain who said: “Why didn’t you wear a cornelian ring? It protects one from all evils?”
